All ordered items are mailed within 48 to 72 business hours of receiving the order. They are delivered via Canada Post or other carriers. Please allow for a delivery time of 2 to 7 days for all Canadian provinces. Delivery costs in Canada are free for any purchase of $80 ($100 in the United States) or more before taxes and after a promotional code (or credit). Otherwise there are fixed fees of $10 in Canada and $15 in the United States.

For international shipments (USA), delivery times depend on the region concerned and if customs fees are applicable, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we are continually seeking to limit our ecological impact associated with delivery. All our shipments are made with reused material. Don't be surprised to receive a very special box!
