1- True. Polyester is a synthetic fiber whose raw material is petroleum. It is therefore not an ecological fiber.

2- Traditional cotton uses 25% of the total pesticides used on the planet. Additionally, it consumes phenomenal amounts of water. We are talking here about 10,000 liters of water for one kilo of cotton, the equivalent of 2 t-shirts.

3- True. Working conditions in China have improved slightly in part because of a shortage of underskilled workers. This has caused a massive relocation of several companies to Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia and Myanmar.

4- Completely false! The consumer who thinks this way removes responsibility. If certain products are not consumed, companies must reposition themselves towards something that will be consumed. We have great power.
